Whether you’re a long-time resident or new to Super District 7, your vote is essential to shaping the future of DeKalb County. Here’s everything you need to know to ensure you’re ready to cast your ballot this November:

Last month's election was especially exhausting and caused many to temporarily disconnect from politics. We can't, however, disconnect from fighting for our local communities to have better resources, services and leadership.
This month, the Commission District 7 race will appear on a special election RUNOFF ballot, making participation especially important.

Early Voting Period: November 23 - November 27, 2024
Early voting is a great way to avoid lines on Election Day. Visit your nearest early voting location between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. For specific locations and hours, check the Early Voting Information. -
Absentee Ballot Request Deadline: November 22, 2024
If you prefer to vote by mail, ensure your absentee ballot request is submitted by this date. Request an Absentee Ballot. -
Absentee Ballot Return Deadline: December 3, 2024 (by 7:00 PM)
All absentee ballots must be received by your county elections office by 7:00 PM on Election Day. -
Election Day: December 3, 2024 (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
